Hi @Gohji, and welcome!

:bangbang: Tip for legibility: :bangbang:

To provide terminal output, copy the text you wish to share, and paste it here, surrounded by three (3) backticks, a.k.a grave accents. Like this:

```
pasted text
```

Or three (3) tilde signs, like this:

~~~
pasted text
~~~

This will just cause it to be rendered like this:

Portaest sed
elementum
cursus nisl nisi
hendrerit ac quis
sit
adipiscing
tortor sit leo commodo.

Instead of like this:

Portaest sed elementum cursus nisl nisi hendrerit ac quis sit adipiscing tortor sit leo commodo.

Alternatively, paste the text you wish to format as terminal output, select all pasted text, and click the </> button on the taskbar. This will indent the whole pasted section with one TAB, causing it to render the same way as described above.

Thereby improving legibility and making it much easier for those trying to be of assistance.

:bangbang::bangbang: Additionally

If your language isn’t English, please prepend any and all terminal commands with LC_ALL=C. For example:

LC_ALL=C bluetoothctl

This will just cause the terminal output to be in English, making it easier to understand and debug.

Please edit your post accordingly.

:bangbang: Tip :bangbang:

When posting terminal output, copy the output and paste it here, wrapped in three (3) backticks, before AND after the pasted text. Like this:

```
pasted text
```

Or three (3) tilde signs, like this:

~~~
pasted text
~~~

This will just cause it to be rendered like this:

Sed
sollicitudin dolor
eget nisl elit id
condimentum
arcu erat varius
cursus sem quis eros.

Instead of like this:

Sed sollicitudin dolor eget nisl elit id condimentum arcu erat varius cursus sem quis eros.

Alternatively, paste the text you wish to format as terminal output, select all pasted text, and click the </> button on the taskbar. This will indent the whole pasted section with one TAB, causing it to render the same way as described above.

Thereby increasing legibility thus making it easier for those trying to provide assistance.

Perhaps you need to manually install the drivers for your current kernel

To see the currently running kernel with Manjaro name

mhwd-kernel -li

If the kernel is linux612 the command to install Nvidia drivers manually

sudo pacman -Syu linux612-nvidia-390xx nvidia-390xx-utils nvidia-390xx-settings

If your kernel is not linux612 replace the kernel in the above command

thanks alot for that all answers my problem ist i cant write in the terminal i cant go insite my system it dont let me log in the only thing what i can do is make a picture to show what is my problem .
my system is an Acer Aspire 5750g(intel 2430m Cpu)(Geforce GT 520m Gpu)
and 10gb Ram) and i use the latest manjaro with Kde desktop.
and i install the system with the propietär drivers .
i have to choose.

It’s quite easy to change between proprietary and open-source driver. So you could, maybe even should, try the installation again with the open-source ones.

Edit:

AAAh Yes. I think I see the problem. The GPU is to old for the proprietary drivers included on the live ISO. The latest driver for that GPU is 390.157, released Nov 2022:

While Manjaro’s default is, I think, 550.144.03. Meaning it won’t work on the older card. That driver is available from the extra repository for installation:

$ pamac search nvidia --repos
[...]
nvidia-390xx-dkms  390.157-19                                                                                                                                                                                              extra
NVIDIA drivers - module sources
[...]

So can be installed after the fact with:

pamac install nvidia-390xx-dkms

Note:

I know there is quite a bit of difficulty with keeping the 3xx series Nvidia drivers working, so I might b e wrong about how easy it is to get, and keep, it running.

Not even at a tty?

Press Ctrl+Alt+F3 and try logging in at the tty — there are several ttys, all running in parallel with the GUI environment. Then use the command @linux-aarhus gave you above. :point_up:

sudo pacman -Syu linux612-nvidia-390xx nvidia-390xx-utils nvidia-390xx-settings

After the command has completed, just hit Ctrl+Alt+Del in the tty to safely reboot your system.

know i solve it i turn off my gpu in the bios and update my system and know i can turn on my gpu and log in but i cant install nvidia or switch it .
when i look in the terminal it shows me that bumblebe is installed and my gpu is installed but it is onm false and bumblebbe is also false how i turn it on to true

im so bad on linux sry for my not understanding

With a system that old - and with integrated intel 3000 graphics - stay with the intel gpu until you are more comfortable with Linux.

When you have gained more experience - you can begin experimenting with the Nvidia card.

BUT the Nvidia card may be tricky to get working - always been that way with Nvidia.
