A while ago I logged an issue where, intermittently, I wouldn’t be able to sign in after restarting as I wouldn’t be presented with a login prompt.
This is here: Grey screen - No login prompt
I also have an issue where I get the same but when I’m already logged in - I’ve been away for a while and left the PC on, I come back and I have a mouse that’s working fine but no login prompt at all. In order to get back I have to hard reset the machine.
Here’s my inxi --admin --verbosity=7 --filter --no-host --width

Is anyone else having similar issues (they are very intermittent)? I’m wondering whether this is just a bug in the current GNOME version and not just me and if so how I would go about reporting that - whether I do it for Manjaro or upstream with Gnome?
I found this: Where do I report bugs
I’m running Manjaro on both my primary machines now so I’m watching my laptop for similar behaviour - currently it’s not bearing that theory out but they are quite different beasts.
I don’t want to waste anyone’s time creating a bug report for a random intermittent bug that may only be my machine being awkward - intermittent bugs are the worst.
