So as of a couple hours a go my wifi keeps disconcerting and reconnecting every couple minutes. When it disconnects it says “Authorization supplicant timed out” and when it is connected I get kilobytes of speeds at best or just flat out 0 up 0 down. None of my other devices are having any unusual network behavior or well changes at all. I’m fairly new to running Manjaro as my main OS so if there’s any commands I need to run to give further insight please let me know. I would greatly appreciate any help as I need my laptop for college.

I would suggest try switching kernels (preferrably an LTS kernel) even if you are already using an LTS kernel.
To do so use manjaro-settings-manager

Funny, Just got this issue on an installation that is about a year old. Also, on an m6 mini pc where I installed manjaro with KDE a month ago. As well as my friends AMD PC where he just installed manjaro from an image that was on my usb stick that I used to flash the M6 mini pc. It doesn’t happen on my dell g7 though.
It used to ask for the user password. I removed everything from the kwallet and then it started asking for the network password. If you just click cancel and reconnect, it works without needing to reenter a password.
Updating to kernel 5.17-9 from the LTS seems to have made an improvement to how frequently this occurs. It does still occur though.

The most important thing that would probably not have caused this issue:
ALWAYS keep your system updated.
Don’t skip updates. Don’t skip merging of .pacnew files. Don’t skimp on system maintenance:
