Probably its related to the Floating Taskbar? I see there is to much space between the Pop Ups… it looks to me this is related to the new Feature.

Plasma is indeed a big change - not only on the surface - and it will take some time before theming, addons, widgets, plasmoids - has caught up.
See it as an opportunity to do some housekeeping - removing the unneeded fluff that may interfere in unexpected ways.

Plasma 6 is not ugly, but it can’t reuse things such as desktop sensors & widgets, icon schemes, log-in screens, etc. You need to set all those back to the defaults they were at when you first installed Manjaro, before installing the Plasma 6 update, then rebuild. Plasma 6 is not a mere “incremental improvement” and does not have a lot of “backwards compatibility” with Plasma 5. Is it worth the hassle? I think yes, because of features such as panels which can be set to “dodge windows”. I’m certainly not going back to 5 after switching to 6; I like 6 just fine.
