Nvidia Dithering mode no longer working after the nvidia 5.20 driver update (from today release)

My Dell Monitor got heavy Colour Banding/Gradient problems and i can only fix it with the Dithering Filter on Enable and Temporal Dither.

After i downloaded a few packeges (including some nvidia stuff) that showed up and just released today in pamac (stable) the Dithering mode no longer works, but in the nvidia GUI the filters still showed enabled status… i don’t get it.

What can i do to revert this changes?

I really need this Temporal Dithering filter for my Monitor, the colours looks awfull without this feature.

Hello
I think I have the same problem. There is bug on latest nvidia drivers 520.56.06 Color banding and animation issues with 520.56.06 - #3 by kyngskyngs - Linux - NVIDIA Developer Forums

I could solve the problem after i switched from 8 to 6bpc.

Not sure what that means for the color range but the color banding is gone.
