Hi @kriky, and welcome!
In order for us, or anyone for that matter, to be able to provide assistance, more information is necessary. To that end, please see:
-
[HowTo] Provide System Information.
At bare minimum we would need you to please provide a detailed description of the problem faced, as well as the output to:
inxi --filter --verbosity=8
-
[HowTo] Post command output and file content as preformatted text.
Please also note and heed: Forum Rules - Manjaro
Those with privacy concerns: note that when -z
, or --filter
is used, all personally identifiable information is filtered out from the resulting inxi
output.
Hope you manage!
Tip for legibility:
To provide terminal output, copy the text you wish to share, and paste it here, surrounded by three (3) backticks, a.k.a grave accents. Like this:
```
pasted text
```
Or three (3) tilde signs, like this:
~~~
pasted text
~~~
This will just cause it to be rendered like this:
Portaest sed
elementum
cursus nisl nisi
hendrerit ac quis
sit
adipiscing
tortor sit leo commodo.
Instead of like this:
Portaest sed elementum cursus nisl nisi hendrerit ac quis sit adipiscing tortor sit leo commodo.
Alternatively, paste the text you wish to format as terminal output, select all pasted text, and click the </> button on the taskbar. This will indent the whole pasted section with one TAB, causing it to render the same way as described above.
Thereby improving legibility and making it much easier for those trying to be of assistance.
Additionally
If your language isnβt English, please prepend any and all terminal commands with LC_ALL=C
. For example:
LC_ALL=C bluetoothctl
This will just cause the terminal output to be in English, making it easier to understand and debug.
Please edit your post accordingly.
Note that the above text is partially pre-prepared as a general introduction for new forum users. Please take the time to follow links given and learn how to create effective support requests and encourage quality responses.
ArchWiki - Laptop/ASUS - Vivobook
Model version Vivobook GO 15 E1504G Date 2024-12-25 Wireless No Bluetooth No Other The Wifi and Bluetooth device is a MediaTek MT7902 which does not have a kernel driver on any distro
Ohh so there arent any drivers? I guess thats a shame, any info on when drivers will be on manjaro?
No.
Unless Mediatek release a stable driver for Linux and someone creates a PKGBUILD and make it available from Arch User Repository, this will likely never happen.
Your options are
