Is there a way to enable clamshell mode where you can have dual displays while the lid is shut on XFCE? It’s not an option in the power settings, only things like hibernate or shut down.
You could at least search the forum for similar issues.
The article you mentioned is just a quick fix unfortunatelly. The monitor in the closed lid stays active although the backlight is turned of. Can someone please implement a propper solution for this? It would be great to have a fully funktional laptop.
