I have to manually disconnect and reconnect my wifi whenever this happens, and it will briefly continue downloading before losing connection again. My signal strength is somewhat mediocre, but I have no problems browsing the internet. Usually, only when loading pages can I experience a connection issue; otherwise, it’s somewhat normal. I’m new to Manjaro, and solutions stated as simply as possible are preferred.
Sounds like Real Time throttling. While downloading the files are there other applications/services using bandwith?
TBH there can be a myriad of reasons why this is happening so why don’t you go ahead and give us some specs in terms of hardware, connection speed etc.? Which wireless driver are you using?

Maybe you can try to enable manually with this terminal command:
nmcli networking on
sudo modprobe iwlwifi
and check if you have this module blacklisted in /etc/modprobe.d/ or /usr/lib/modprobe.d/.

I could suggest you to verify that you have installed the latest linux-firmware on your machine.
sudo pacman -Qi linux-firmware
Another command you could run to unblock the bluethooth is the following, perhaps this could solve the problem.
sudo rfkill unblock all
