Video not working in all browser

can stream any video from any browser since a couple of day, tried to search around but did not find a solution that fit.
It’s a manjaro gnome in a vmware workstation.
Any idea?

strange fact reddit video are working but youtube and video are not.

noticed that i don’t have audio workin in all system and also opening an mkv does not start.
but if i open a youtube video or a vimeo video and i issue the command:

systemctl --user restart pulseaudio

the video in the web browser start and the audio too is working.

in reddit video are working but if i do not restart pulseaudio i can’t hear the audio.

what can it be?

i was meaning can’t stream any video

Try to change Wayland to Xorg in Gnome login site.

If it does not work, then check what is output of journalctl -p 3 -b.

i restore a backup of the VM to solve the situation at the end.
