Maybe āapparmorā needs a new compile against perl-5.32:
$ pacman -Qqo '/usr/lib/perl5/5.32' apparmor

I think you mean Perl 5.34. 
Itās been rebuilt and will be coming along shortly.

perl-par-packer is an arch package and not built by manjaro.
Version 1.052-4 (which was built against perl 5.34) is available in unstable: Manjaro - Branch Compare

Hello friends,
The package dunst in the manjaro repos is at version 1.5.0, even in unstable. Current version is 1.6.1. As Iām a new user I cant directly link so hereās a text to the projects homepage: dunst-project DOT org/changelog/))
The maintainer has a manjaro mail address so I think that this is the right thread - and for completeness here the arch community package url: archlinux DOT org/packages/community/x86_64/dunst/ .

Yet another mutter-x11-scaling update to 40.2.1-1 is ready for building. Mutter devs seem to be on a roll.
