Hi,
I have just received my new laptop and wanted to install a dual boot Manjaro / Windows as I always do.
I first tried with Manjaro i3. After installing, I get to grub and select Manjaro. After that the screen turns black and a cursor starts blinking on the top left corner. I have tried with other versions, older versions and xfce. I still have the same issue.
I have tried Ctrl + alt + F3 and typed sudo pacman -Syu as seen in other posts but it didn’t help.
I was able to boot when I selected fallback initramfs in the advanced Manjaro boot options of grub. It worked once but never worked again after that.
I really don’t know what to do and might look into other distro. But I m used to Manjaro and would love to keep using it.
