Please help me it’s so uncomfortable to use mouse. thank you in advance

How to increase your chances of solving your issue:

Please provide Information:

how can I see information about my laptop?

It’s in the two links - specifically in the second one.

in a terminal:

export LANG=C
inxi --admin --verbosity=7 --filter --width
lspci
lsusb

and/or

lsusb -t

and some more, mentioned in the first post of the second link

According to the Touchpad Synaptics article from the ArchWiki you could try to install the Synaptics driver you be might missing via

sudo pacman -S xf86-input-synaptics
   ~  export LANG=C  ✔
    ~  inxi --admin --verbosity=7 --filter --width  ✔

Can you please format all that as “code” using this button in the editor window
</>

highlight everything, then use that button

It’s pretty unreadable as it is …

Yes, I’ve corrected it.

I cannot identify your touchpad in any of the output.
I do not know how to look for it.

I cannot even find it on my own laptop - even though it clearly is there and functional.

Each of these shows some evidence that it is there - and where:

sudo dmesg | grep input
sudo dmesg | grep seri
sudo dmesg | grep touch
sudo dmesg | grep Touch
sudo dmesg | grep Syn

I cannot help further. Sorry!
