In repo it’s still PulseEffects. But a don’t know how it’s related to my problem.
Try to install it this way if possible.
pamac install gnome-layout-switcher
But isn’t panel transparency supposed to work with every theme? Transparencies at other places (konsole, yakuake) are working btw.
I think themes (Plasma Styles) need to have the new setting to have the new dynamic opacity.
I’m sorry, I don’t know.
I got the same problem and more: All my dark themes will automatically switch to respective light themes.
Updated without issues. Eager to test wayland on nvidia drivers, any success so far?
Thanks for the package name. I will take a look at it.
I have located an image of the layout switcher options. Looks like the one I have is Manjaro layout (with dash to dock on the left). The dash-to-dock extension is what caused the problem with the arrow keys not working in the search. So, I disabled dash-to-dock, and now I have the bottom dash back (Modern Layout?) The arrow keys now work with this.
I had this same issue. Uninstalling plasma-desktop-primex allowed me to proceed with the update. I was not able to reinstall it afterwards because of the same file conflict. Is this package deprecated now?
If I recall correctly this primex package was for an issue with fingerprint sensor. Not sure how it landed on many users computer who did not install it manually (a friend of mine had it, 100% sure his wife didn’t install it).
Yeah, that could be too. I’ll have try. Thanks.
I’m getting an issue when I try to set my theme to anything “dark” in Gnome. Matcha-sea-dark, matcha-azul-dark, adwait-dark, all fail and force me to the light version of each on selected.
Also cannot open Dash to dock settings page, just errors out but I’d imagine I need to bring it up with the creator.
EDIT: Issue is on both X11 and Wayland.
Updated to the latest manjaro XFCE.
Everything works “fine”.
But on my Thinkpad T420, the microphone mute button light is on regardless of the state.
Any idea how to fix it?
Using the latest kernel BTW.
Than answer to all your questions: “Where in the development stage is a particular package?”
Not able to login. Gnome doesn’t show login page. Cannot switch to tty. alt-ctrl-f2 just make everything freeze.

Great, yes dash-to-dock has been buggy with this release, hope it gets fixed soon
