That’s issue is long fixed and never applied to GNOME.
That’s the Application ID. As you can see, it’s part of localsearch (previously tracker3-miners):
❯ sudo pacman -Fyx org.freedesktop.Tracker3.Miner.Files
extra/localsearch 3.8.2-1 [installed: 3.8.2-2]
usr/share/dbus-1/interfaces/org.freedesktop.Tracker3.Miner.Files.Index.xml
usr/share/dbus-1/services/org.freedesktop.Tracker3.Miner.Files.Control.service
usr/share/dbus-1/services/org.freedesktop.Tracker3.Miner.Files.service
usr/share/glib-2.0/schemas/org.freedesktop.Tracker3.Miner.Files.gschema.xml
usr/share/localsearch3/miners/org.freedesktop.Tracker3.Miner.Files.service
Nope. It’s just complaining because you don’t have optional language packages like enchant, aspell, nuspell or libvoikko installed.
Nothing from the terminal output you posted is related. Those are normal info / warning messages.
I can’t reproduce on three machines with both AMD and NVIDIA GPU’s using Wayland.
