I’m only getting 2-5 mbps upload and download speed even though on all my windows computers its’s close to 100mbps upload and 50mbps download please help I’m new to this stuff.

If your language isn’t English, please prepend any and all terminal commands with LC_ALL=C. For example:

LC_ALL=C bluetoothctl

This will just cause the terminal output to be in English, making it easier to understand and debug.

To avoid hanging at the XY-problem situation - what did you do?

I tried uninstalling my wifi drivers and reinstalling them as well as forgetting the network and messing with the network settings I’m going to be honest I have no clue what I’m doing

It may be network congestion - too many devices on the same channel or it may be noise.

If you are dual-booting with windows - disable Windows Fast Boot otherwise the firmware may fail to load.

The next step if the antenna aggregation and other options do not work is to disable power management (of the related iwlmvm module).

There was a regression in some recent kernel versions (6.5/6.6 and 6.1 LTS) which caused WiFi issues for some users. The latest 6.6.x and 6.1.x (and 6.7.x) iterations corrected these issues.

In addition to previous instructions, it’s possible that upgrading your kernel(s) to the latest available might be beneficial.
