create a new test user from system settings, reboot, log in with the test user and see if it has also issues…
The following thread indicates possible reasons for a GPU not being detected by inxi. Among the suggestions; swapping the card to another slot, which apparently solved the issue in that thread:

yes, but it doesn’t explain why all other informations like network,usb,audio etc… are missing. he simply dropped them for whatever reasons and it’s not worth to waste valueable lifetime to think about.
p.s.: i close this thread as the to submitted that he does a clean reinstall. the to might open it if he complains about. otherwise

An insufficiently powered system might also be suggestive of the cause, however, I agree. 
sorry for the late response, i will check
maybe i’m not good at explaining but i dont really know why all that information are missing. i use Ubuntu and i don’t have this issue where my devices are not detectable by the system.
