Should be related:

Is this also related?:

I noticed that OP has both PulseAudio and PipeWire running (I myself have also both running without problems, but I have to admit that all these sound servers are confusing to me)

The comment you linked was only half correct in December 2021 but it is still repeated on here because the 2nd half works most of the time, except when the problem is in ALSA

PulseAudio is still the default software sound server on most Manjaro ISOs (except for i3wm)
But most desktops now require some PipeWire packages

Users wanting to continue using PulseAudio do not need to install or remove anything
just stop pipewire systemd services permanently

systemctl --user mask pipewire.socket
systemctl --user mask pipewire.service

But this will only stop PipeWire causing any conflict with PulseAudio
It will not magically restore the missing audio controls in ALSA for Headphone and Speaker outputs

I would expect amixer data to look this hardware scan if audio device is detected correctly

Please post more information about ALSA
