TBH I hatebeing blocked from posting images and links, it makes explaining the issue at hand and previous fixing attempts that much harder. I used to be allowed to do it in the old forum - why was this changed?

Limiting posting of images and links is the new norm of preventing spam and other nonsense from being posted to the forum.
Images - and the sheer amount of it - was partly was brought the previous forum instance to it’s knees.
