Continuing the discussion from Microphone disappeared after changing audio profile :
It happened exactly like with this user, I tried to remove the alsa folder in .config, but when I tried to search for it, it does not exist, just pulse
Only when I reinstall the
alsa-card-profiles
This is when the sound and me device detect again
Please post more information about system
inxi -Fazy
and audio card profiles available in PulseAudio or PipeWire
pactl list sinks
Ok, Thanks.

Until now the problem continues, the sound category is without any options.
Dummy Output is created by PipeWire (or PulseAudio) if there is no audio output available for audio playback
Please post more information to show if onboard audio device is detected in PipeWire
pactl list cards
and more information to show ALSA audio controls for onboard audio device
amixer --card=0

Despite searches within the wiki and some KDE Plasma forums, a total solution for this problem has not been found.
Changing the profile usually results in editing the sound card output, which can cause loss of the sound card connection.
What I consider strange is not having an alsa folder with those configurations, in a previous installation I remember having it, unless it has been modified through Manjaro.
I had to resort to reinstalling the system since it became a loop of problems constantly reinstalling the mentioned package. It is a moderately new installation since I had to change storage disk recently. Although I personally dislike reinstalling for such simple things.
I even remember doing a How To a long time ago from the same forum, only that without the existence of the folder there is nothing to restore. If anyone has this problem and the folder exists, I would recommend doing what is mentioned in this How To.

Puede que un dia hallas estado experimentando o diste con un problema con el sonido que realmente podría ser tu Dispositivo, y que hallas alterado el formato de salida u entrada del mismo.
En esta sección especifica:
[Example]
Alterar estas salidas a uno no compatible hará que pierdas tu dispositivo de sonido en KDE ya que no es una salida que Plasma pueda reconocer y entrara en conflicto.
La Solución para esto es algo s…
