Network deactivated periodically

Linux: 5.10 ~ 5.16
Desktop: KDE Plasma

Lined network (ethernet) instead of wifi. Usually after booting up or waking up, it will switch between deactivated and activated several times, after that it usually works fine and stably.

After a fresh installation of manjaro and update, the problem doesn’t happen any more.
