You have broken something by performing a hard reset. Without providing more information, it’s likely nobody here can help you.
Please provide outputs of the following commands for
1. System information
inxi --admin --verbosity=8 --filter --no-host --width
2. Recent logs
journalctl --boot=-1 --priority=3 --catalog --no-pager
…and someone might be able to help further.
