My RTX 3070 has a problem with drivers and kernel

So I just got and I am new to linux. I already made a post about this problem that when I updated everthing after installing Manjaro and then I restart it. I cant go in Manjaro anymore and I am stuck with this message /dev/nvme1n1p6: clean, 295648/2883584 files, 3592623/11520000 blocks . I tried to fix it but didn’t work, so I reinstalled manjaro. I did this many times to find the exact problem and then to fix the problem, but it didnt work.
What I think is the problem is in that message: Warning: installing nvidia-utils (495.46-3) breaks dependency 'nvidia-utils=470.63.01' required by linux513-nvidia Add linux513-nvidia to remove
I changed my kernel to 510 because it should work and updated my proprietary nvidia driver. But it still didn’t work.
Also I am dual booting because of gaming and my system info is here and thanks for the help in advance.

The 5.13 kernel is EOL and has been dropped from the repositories, as well as the Nvidia headers for it.
You need to use a currently maintained kernel and remove 5.13.
https://wiki.manjaro.org/index.php/Manjaro_Kernels

Yea I did, I have now 5.10, is recommended and has tsl. But it still didnt work

From the error message, you still have packages related to linux513. You must remove them.

sudo pacman -R `pacman -Qqs .*linux513.*`

It didnt work.

sudo pacman -R `pacman -Qqs .*linux513.*`
zsh: no matches found: .*linux513.*

We trust you have received the usual lecture from the local System
Administrator. It usually boils down to these three things:

#1) Respect the privacy of others.
    #2) Think before you type.
#3) With great power comes great responsibility.

[sudo] password for rafael:
error: no targets specified (use -h for help)

So I did other code I got from a reddit article that helped me finding my problem. Also I did the code in root. It didn’t work because the 5.13 was not found able. Is there any way too check if you have still have old kernel.

 pacman -Rs linux513 linux513-nvidia
error: target not found: linux513
error: target not found: linux513-nvidia

Edit: I maybe found my problem, because the kernel will stay 5.13 till I restart. So I think I will reinstall manjaro, update the kernel to 5.10, then restart and then make the updates.

Another Edit: I tried installing manjaro then first and only thing deinstalling 5.13 and the installing 5.10. but when I rebooted I had the error. I have no Idea if it’s the graphics card driver ore kernel.

if you can log in TTY

sudo mhwd -li
sudo mhwd-kernel -li
sudo ls /etc/mkinitcpio.d/*.preset
sudo ls /boot/
sudo ls /lib/modules/

or by USB live manjaro and chroot

sudo manjaro-chroot -a

mhwd-kernel -li
ls /etc/mkinitcpio.d/*.preset

Sorry took so long but i did it in live mode and here is what I got.

Ok I try rebooting into 5.10 but still didn’t work, I am using tty to install 5.15 and 5.16 and try booting in those. I also checked, I just have the Nvidia proprietary drivers

you have version 495.46 nvidia installed ?

How can I check?

with inxi -Fza or pacman -Qs nvidia

Sorry taking so long, I got this, there were to many nvidia versions.

Edit: I tried with 1 Monitor but it didn’t work
Another Edit: Tried it with 5.10, 5.15, 5.16 and also didn’t work.

What should I do?

then try this
TTY

sudo pacman -Syyu
sudo mhwd -a pci free 0300
sudo mhwd -a pci nonfree 0300

or under chroot ( with USB live Iso )

sudo manjaro-chroot -a
pacman -Syyu
mhwd -a pci free 0300
mhwd -a pci nonfree 0300
exit ( end-chroot )
