The next Point is that it takes a while to shut down, i always see this line with blocks and numbers and that the system is now shutting down. Same is when i start the system, the line with blocks and numbers

And how do i know which kernel i should download? i did the newest stable one when i first installed it and the system slowed down extremly, it was nearly unusable.

EOL means End Of Life - so is a sign that you can move to either a LTS one, or next one that is supported. MHWD should offer you the choice to install them. Always keep a LTS installed together with another version you want to use, or even two LTS kernels.
Regarding your main issue: speed of the system compared to Windows, it depends.
My system is not even half of those specifications, yet is rock solid and responsive, never was better …inxi -Fazy

Also , if your language isn’t English, please prepend any and all terminal commands with LC_ALL=C. For example:

This will just cause the terminal output to be in English, making it easier to understand and debug.

When i paste in nvme_load=YES i get → nvme : Not an editor command
Ok good news. I talked to my brother and he helped me .
what he/we did was :
but we used nano to edit the grub file
added this → nvme_load=YES (at the last line in the grub file)
then saved it , closed it ( ctrl + O )
sudo grub-mkconfig -o /boot/grub/grub.cfg
and then sudo reboot now
i did the benchmark again and it turned out this way
