libva error: /usr/lib/dri/i965_drv_video.so init failed
When attempting to run SteamVR from ALVR, I get this error and then ALVR seg faults.
When I run the command vainfo it displays the following:

Trying display: wayland
Trying display: x11
libva error: vaGetDriverNames() failed with unknown libva error
vaInitialize failed with error code -1 (unknown libva error),exit

My graphics card is an RTX 4090. My NVidia driver is 535.104.05-1

Upon searching, I came across this issue https://github.com/intel/libva/issues/375 which said to contact the distribution team.

You’re in an unsupported, partial upgrade state. The current driver is 550.67-1.
