I just installed manjaro today before this i was using pop os in which the battery draining issue was not a problem and it hasn’t occur in there but after using manjaro it has been draining very much eventhough i have already install tlp and its enabled also
please help with this

It also needs to be configured - it will not magically work and do what you might want it to do - because it does not know what you want it to do
without you telling it …
You could perhaps use the tlp config from the previous system as a guide …
