To get any assistance at all, more information is needed. To that end, please see [HowTo] Provide System Information, [HowTo] post screenshots and links and [HowTo] Increase your chances of solving your issue.

Please also provide the output of:

locale -a

and

cat /etc/locale.gen

You also haven’t specified which layout the keyboard is. Please do.

Edit:

I checked the logs, and while I could find mentions off keyboard, I couldn’t find any mentions of “cooler”, or even “Cooler”.
