Intel Wifi card is not detected after Suspend crash (manjaro windows 10 dual boot)

I had an existing problem with manjaro crashing after waking from suspend (screen tears/ black, pixelated ) after holding the power button to turn off the device and turning it on again, Wifi is not shown in settings and I can’t even turn it on.

Dual boot windows 10 and manjaro linux

I used booted live into manjaro using a USB and now it works fine
