How to reinstall every package and is it safe?

Hello everyone! Something fishy is going on to my system.
The is no sound with Linux 5.15 but VirtualBox works fine. There is sound with Linux 6.0 but VirtualBox doesn’t work. I have no idea what happened and have no idea how to fix it, that’s why I want to reinstall every packege in the system.
Is it safe to do such a thing? Are there alternative ways to solve the problem?

How to reinstall packages to default

There is no off-the-shelf solution - other than restoring from backup. Usually you will have two files in the filesystem root listing the packages contained in the default installation and you can sanitize those and feed them to pacman. desktopfs-pkgs.txt rootfs-pkgs.txt The steps to do so Boot the system on a live USB.
