I am using Manjaro up to date. The top bar of Emacs, Claws mail, Skype windows has become transparent. This confuses me, how to disable? Other applications not affected : Chrome, gedit, Nautilus and other Gnome apps.
The problem has disappeared.

I do not have a solution to your apparent issue, and after 7 months I’m guessing the OP also has no clue. My best suggestion is to start (your own) new thread and detail your problem so that others can help more effectively.
