1: With Nvidia drivers, I installed the drivers from the Internet (according to the manual), rebooted the system, I go to Minecraft for testing, it gives from 100-120 (with drops) fps without limitation, although in the same Ubu tu, Windws gave fps up to 1000-1200

You shouldn’t do that. Instead, use Manjaros built-in tool, mhwd, to do that. See:

This, AFAIK, is done by setting the locale to the language you wish your computer to mainly use. See:
