After fresh install manjaro the “Fn” key with brightness works fine, but then i did an update with pamac and reboot laptop. Then the “Fn” combination for brightness stop working.

Depending on your hardware, you may or may not need to add an acpi kernel parameter. Sometimes, acpi kernel parameters have to do with the proper functioning of the function keys. See below:
