I don’t personally use cameras; nor laptops generally; however, the reason for adding as much information as possible is to allow others to better identify possible culprits.
I notice you are using a lot of flatpak applications.
If any of these are related to your camera/playback then possibly installing those applications from the official Manjaro repositories (or even the AUR) might make some difference.
However, this is conjecture, at best.
It’s possible. Perhaps some logs could be helpful to those wishing to assist. Manjaro Log Helper might help with that; it allows easy selection of some logs to generate;
sudo pacman -S manjaro-log-helper
