Now that Cosmic can be installed on Manjaro. Would it possible to release a version of Manjaro with the the Cosmic Desktop only when a stable version of Cosmic is released?

That would indeed be nice.
Editions requires commitment, engagement and ongoing maintenance.
Such maintenance requires a lot of effort for the team and there is no manpower to add another edition.

What I meant was that the Cosmic Desktop does not yet have it’s own “Iso” like the other editions of manjaro. At the moment, you can only use the repo.
To clarify, the only reason why COSMIC packages are in the repo is because a new Arch PM decided to package Alpha software for some strange reason.
