Black screen after booting and logging in

Hello,

I have recently had problems after booting my system.

As the title says when I login in after boot my screen goes black, I do use an NVIDIA GPU so I wonder if my GPU is causing this problem, since I do see the cursor.

Any help with this problem would be appreciated.

I do have some system information but I am not 100% it is everything that is needed so I apologize in advance if this post is lacking in the information that is needed, so if there is more information that is needed I will provide such.

Hi @Goraki,

Please see [HowTo] Provide System Information, if applicable, [HowTo] post screenshots and links and finally [HowTo] Increase your chances of solving your issue.

Please also provide the output of:

sudo journalctl --boot | tail -n 100

I’ll go have a look and get back to you, thank you.
