Wifi on but no networks show in list

Installed Manjaro KDE yesterday, I don’t have any Wifi. Physical switch on laptop as well as hotkey to toggle wireless have both been tested and switched to on.

when I ran “inxi --admin --verbosity=7 --filter --no-host --width” I noticed under Network my wireless state shows as down. I think that’s my problem I’m just not competent enough with linux to know how to proceed to get this fixed. Hoping someone can help me problem solve this and get it fixed and I can learn something new along the way. Thanks.

Then install a few LTS kernels until you find one that works.
