There is no driver, but the card seems to be recognized:

So it seems the driver is/has been blacklisted. Please provide the output of:

ls -lah /etc/modprobe.d/

Unless you have very compelling reasons - use the latest LTS - currently Linux 6.6

Thanks linux-aarhus. I upgraded the kernel, and the wifi is back.

PS - all I did previously was upgrade the system; I didn’t mess with kernels or anything…

Doing updates is only part of maintaining your system. Not using outdated kernel is another :wink:

Why should we keep track of the kernel updates separately? Especially when it breaks the network connectivity so we can’t easily update?

Because you are in control of your own system. You, and not Manjaro. That is why it’s recommended to have at least the latest LTS version installed. It makes maintenance that much easier.
