This Worked. the first option after enabled was Soldier IU change that to the Runtime.
BTW the A Big Thank You to all the Poster who provide help especially the Post who provide the Link to the Article that mention how to fix this Major Issue I was having or very likely anyone else also have the same Problem getting Older Native Linux Titles to work on Steam.
Oh maybe the Mod should mention t this in a Pinned Topic in the Game Support Section how get older games working again.
Call this is Steam Support or something. I was to ready give up or try playing this on Windows.

Oh BTW Iām going to try this with other games that I have that have the same issue.
