If you’re not sure, it would probably be a better idea just to post your question, and then we can tell you if we need more information… but reading the notes posted is a good spot to start.

It is pinned, to the top of it’s category which is Contributions → Tutorials.
I think I remember it being pinned to the top of the main list of threads, but I may be wrong. I can’t see a way to pin it elsewhere without moving it.
