can you tell me some approximate time frame, when the the final and stable 5.18 kernel will appear in the stable branch updates?

Probably the next one.
Testing branch still is on the RC7.
Probably as already said the next Stable update will receive the 5.18 stable kernel as Unstable branch already has 5.18.1
