What is the correct way to install package “manjaro-pipewire”?

Can someone check for me if you use plasma if you have Firefox visible in systemtray audio icon (plasma-pa widget) when you play audio on youtube?

I described my problem here

It used to be ok before recent updates.

Do you have any knowledge if Manajaro dropped pulseaudio permanently? Is this the case with other distributions? What was the reason for this move?

So, I reconciled the installation process in two commands:

yay -Rs manjaro-pulse pulseaudio pulseaudio-alsa pulseaudio-equalizer pulseaudio-jack pulseaudio-lirc pulseaudio-rtp pulseaudio-zeroconf pulseaudio-bluetooth pulseaudio-ctl sof-firmware

yay -S manjaro-pipewire pipewire-jack-dropin

Optional default: pipewire buffersize/samplerate, latency.

echo ‘export PIPEWIRE_LATENCY=“128/48000”’ >> ~/.profile

Everything works awesome, no xruns, “Ardour” works fine. “Catia” and “Carla” works fine.

P.S.: I don’t use pulseffects, so I don’t need these two packages: gst-plugin-pipewire pulseeffects
