Wayland on Plasma 5.27

Hi,
my experience with wayland made me switched back to X11.
I have three issues with wayland and kde 5.27 right now:

  • non-QT applications dont show the menu-icon in the title-bar (regardless of theme, windows decorations etc)
  • Icon-only taskmanager freezes after some time
  • autotype wont work in Keepass XC (not a big deal, but annoying)

The first two are a real show-stopper to me and i haven’t figured out a solution to them jet :frowning_face:

I have no issue.
I guess you are using Nvidia driver.

yes, indeed.
I would not have thought that this could also be related to the graphics driver.
Oh man, no 3D with spice in the VMs and then this too.
It was the worst decision ever to replace my HD 5770 with a GTX 970. :frowning_face:

Update:

Ok, forget the first point. My mistake.
I looked into the problem again.
I created a new user and thus an unbugged config and surprise surprise, the menu appears in the non-QT applications.
