Updates after 4 months of not using a computer

I’m thinking ahead to a time hopefully coming soon when I’ll be away from my main computer for 4 months. What considerations should I have for updating the Manjaro system when I return?

I would use pacman -Syyu on console.
Maybe blocking updates appear.
