Hello together,
I have this problem:
I startet the update 2020-11-18 stable.
All files were downloaded, but then the Lan - connection was broken.
After a reboot a “pacman -Syu” tells me “there is nothing to do”. But nothing was updatet.
What can I do to restart or force the update again?
regards
caho

If they werent installed the system should recognize that.
In such a situation you usually only have to worry about the one in the middle of installation.
Maybe try with this
sudo pacman -Syyu
?
Otherwise you might want to look in the log (/var/log/pacman.log
) to review the transaction.
can you provide
sudo mhwd-kernel -li
inxi -Fza --no-host

First off … please review how to format your posts:
When asking questions in the forum it is most helpful to everyone for you to provide some basic information.
When sharing information to either give or receive assistance, please be aware of the following:
1 ) In almost every situation not explicitly involving appearance, Text is preferred over Images.
2 ) When providing code or text output, please format it so the content is easy to read.
How to Format “Code” in the Forum
Its easy to make your text and code easy on the eyes
Firs…
Then …
That doesnt tell us anything … I see you tried to update multiple times … but what were the last transactions?
Meh … I guess you can sort of automate it like this:
paccache -rvk0 && sudo pacman-mirrors -f && sudo pacman -Syyu $(pacman -Qqen) && sudo pacman -S $(comm -13 <(pacman -Qqdt | sort) <(pacman -Qqdtt | sort)) --asdeps
(clear cache totally, sort mirrors, full sync/update and reinstall explicitly installed repo packages, reinstall as dependencies all packages installed as deps of othes)

You are right @cscs ,
I put the output with the “</>” . But the result isn´t very good readable.
