installing qt5-base (5.15.3+kde+r132-1) breaks dependency 'qt5-base<5.15.3' required by manjaro-settings-manager

The error message indicates manjaro-settings-mananger needs a rebuild. Just wait a whileā€¦

I didnā€™t see no error on update, but after reboot, no sddm window.
The mouse is there and I couldnā€™t change to another tty.
All black with a mouse. ctrl+alt+f2, ctrl+alt+f3,ā€¦ and nothing.

yeah that must have been the time where qt-base was on version < 5.15.3
That broke my lockscreen and sddm but i reverted the update before rebooting
Were you able to fix it?

No, I couldnā€™t get another tty. How to boot in to a text mode without sddm?

maybe a way to fix is to boot from live media and chroot to your systems drive, try to fix the dependencies by switching f.e. on testing branch - not sure though if it works like that

Ok, with manjaro-chroot on a live media I was able to complete the update. Now I can see sddm.

ncdu 2.1-1 crashed with a coredump, reverting to 1.16-2 works as usual
