controll center seems too be broken afther clean install

its from that ukiu pr1 iso that comes uot also with deepin pr1 iso

Ahh there is a specific UKUI iso? Myself I picked the Deepin iso and installed UKUI above it, as described here:
In Pamac, I installed all the UKUI related packages.
Maybe try the same, select and reinstall all UKUI packages, especially UKUI control center.
