Hi, the window decorations of some of my apps (VS Code, Slack, Spotify, but also the preferences window of gThumb and the “Who’s using Chrome” window of Google Chrome) became transparent. It happened a couple of weeks ago and I’ve seen a similar issue on the forum (How to disable transparent application window top bars?) where the issue dissapeard by itself, so i tried to wait a couple weeks, installed all the available updates, but the issue persists.
I ended up fixing this by selecting Adw-gtk-3-dark instead of Adw-dark for the Legacy Applications option in the Appearance tab in Gnome Tweaks.
