Now on Kernel 6.3.3 the USB-ports on my Dell monitor (connected via USB-C) are’nt working anymore. Can’t find any errors in dmesg or journal.
PS: The ports (and the connected devices) appear, when I re-plug the monitor USB-C cable after login.
Could you post some usb related stuff from dmesg -w? While connecting/disconnecting your monitor?

This is disconnect and connect. These “no space to assign” and “BAR n” messages I remember since 2018. These should be normal.
