Terminal text color

Hey guys, I’ve installed Manjaro 20 gnome for over 3 months on my routine computer for better performance, mostly for GUI use. And recently, I installed the same distribution (with a different version) on my old laptop, while its terminal looks way much pretty, the codes are colored and make it easy to read.

How can I make the terminal on my routine computer to have colored codes?

Hello,

The new Gnome install is now using zsh instead of bash as default.
You will have to run:
chsh -s /bin/zsh
to change to the new look on your old install.
