System bootup: bogus number of reserved sectors

First of all, I would like to point out that I may have solved the problem as follows.:

Background is the following when I start the system I get the message in the title and the efi was not mounted. This behavior also shows up when restarting. sometimes booting with a newer kernel 6.12 works, so the behavior only shows up with kernel 6.6.x or older.
Or when bios update was made.

[7.8329751] FAT-fs (nvme@n1p1): bogus number of reserved sectors
[FAILED] Failed to mount /boot/efi
2 See
'systemctl status boot-efi.mount' for details.
[DEPEND] Dependency failed for Local File Systems.

It wasn’t solved by: I get this error on 6.3 sometimes

added nvme_core.default_ps_max_latency_us=0 > /etc/default/grub commadline.

Solves the problem at least for now…

I haven seen some people submitted patches for the kernel to disable APST feature but not for the X570 chipset.
