Sway community edition wrong password

I am unable to login into the live environment using virtualbox as it says that the default password manjaro is wrong. This is using the latest minimal iso downloaded from the github page.

Manjaro Sway Installation doesn't recognize default username and password in setup

I was able to easily install Manjaro Sway onto my Raspberry Pi 400, but when I tried to create a VM of it on Oracle, the Manjaro Setup brings me to a screen that asks for me to authenticate into manjaro sway. I enter the default username and password, both ‘manjaro’ and it keeps on recursively bringing me back to the same authentication prompt. I’ve been searching all over the github and the forums here trying to see if there’s a different default username and password, but I’m getting nothing…

are you sure its the password? you can try and switch to another tty and try to log in there. Likely it is more of a e.g. driver thing that stops the swaywm from starting.

I will try and report. I remember the default tty was 2. Also the prompt for user name and password comes way before the messages are done for example while entering username it still shows started pacman mirrors in red and white color.
